Terms and Condition of Service

By requesting a commission, you agree to the following terms and conditions:• Commissions will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and will be completed in the order they are received.• The work will commence once the payment has been made. Please provide me with the necessary specifications, and share your PayPal email for creating the invoice. Once the payment is completed, I will send you the sketch as soon as possible.• If you are unable to make full payment, you have the option to pay half during the sketch phase and the remaining half during the lineart phase.• Corrections can only be made prior to the lineart stage.• Do not claim the artwork as your own or add your own watermark.• All prices will be in USD.• You will receive periodic updates on the progress of the artwork and will have the opportunity to review and request minor changes before finalizing the commission. These updates will be provided through my Trello board, where you can track the stages and stay informed about the progress.• Upon completion, you will receive a high-resolution digital version of the artwork in the agreed-upon format.• The client has the right to use and display the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes but does not have the right to reproduce, sell, or use it for commercial purposes without my consent.• You are responsible for providing detailed images or references for the commission and ensuring that you have the necessary copyright permissions for any provided images or references.• I reserve the right to reject any commission if I am not comfortable with the requested theme or content, or if we cannot reach a mutual agreement on the terms and conditions.• In the event of cancellation by the client before completion, the artist reserves the right to retain a portion of the commission payment as compensation for the time and resources invested in the work.• I am committed to completing the commission within a reasonable timeframe. If, for any reason, I am unable to complete the commission within the agreed-upon timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
